All are Welcome
My name is Courtney Gable, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey, Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPC-MH) in Delaware, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
My therapeutic approach blends mindfulness, person-centered, somatics, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My inclusive work focuses on: helping people to feel seen and valued for who they are, wherever they are; those struggling with trauma, chronic pain, grief and loss, PTSD, phobias, racing thoughts, depression and anxiety; women's issues; as well as body neutrality and Health At Every Size (HAES) - all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance.
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University, and a BFA in Acting from Tisch School of the Arts, NYU.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of wellness.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Yoga Therapist, Experienced Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and am Certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Upon request, postural yoga, somatic, and/or breathwork can be integrated into the therapeutic process.
Additionally, I am a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider (PATP) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. I have received extensive training in psychedelic therapy and non-ordinary states of consciousness, including: Harm Reduction in the psychedelic space, Justice, Equity and Inclusion in the therapeutic space, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. I have had the privilege of receiving training from: Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS and MAPS PBC), Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), Fluence, Psychedelic Education Center, Voyage Healing, Psychedelic Support Network, and others. I am a member of the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association.
Before delving into my clinical career, I was a teacher, program creator and presenter, an award winning business leader, and a consultant for private individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses. That wide range of experience informs my practice and process.
